    I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with its good selection and accommodating staff, particularly praising Kunal at the front desk for his excellent service. The spacious rooms added to the comfort of my stay.

    Our room was tidy, included with shower as well as good views, had an amazing stay. Its location in Sharjah was good and absolutely perfect, not far from buses connecting directly to the airport and shopping centres and restaurant walking distance and Central Souq.

    Amazing staff made our birthday special

    The staff were great to. The receptionist surprised us by sending a birthday cake to our room. I also appreciated the spacious room with fine views. Although it would have been nice to have more breakfast variety, the overall experience was fantastic and very fulfilling.

    The place was clean and exquisite, had well-trained and responsive staff who gave me and my mom an exceptional service. This hotel was set in a central area really close to the lagoon, malls & restaurants and Sharjah Good Location. Also, I saw Central Souq Market, based a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

    Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The first room assigned was dirty, and I faced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. Even after multiple complaints, the room switch resulted in minimal improvement, revealing the patchy upkeep of the hotel.

    The location is superb, adjacent to bus stations, the gold souq, and beautiful parks like al ittihad square park. The staff were helpful, especially puja at the front desk.

    The Classic room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I loved the large walk-in shower too. Everything felt fresh since the hotel just opened. The reception staff was helpful, especially Kunal. Just a heads up, even though the room was great, there were a few areas that could use a deeper clean. But overall, really enjoyed the experience!
